• Any reports sent out to you or a third party of your choosing will be password protected.  The password will then be given by a different means to ensure the correct person can open it and access the information.

Payment Information 

Payment details are not stored by KMU but are processed securely by our third-party processor XLN that complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Removal of Information
If at any time you would like your personal information to be removed from our data bases and no longer wish to be contacted by KMU this will be done with immediate effect. However, we do have a legal obligation to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (medical records 7 years for patients over 18 years of age and 21 years for patients under 18 years of age). We would need this request in writing to ensure we are removing the correct patient information from the data base.
